Community Master Plans
One of EDA's greatest passions is developing community master plans. Creating a sense of community and a sense of place within any residential development is exciting. Along with sensitive planning and creative design, EDA's solutions create attractive and desirable places for people to live. This design philosophy and approach adds value to the project. The firm's design services include site analysis, master planning, entitlement process, theming, conceptual design, and construction documents in a team work environment. EDA believes strongly in teaming up with other design professionals such as Engineers and Architects to provide the client with a broad array of expertise.
